Subscription billing policy

Publyz uses a membership model with a Member plan and a Member Pro subscription. Member Pro is available on monthly and annual plans, with payments processed through Cashfree.

Plans available

The Member plan includes core Publyz access and the included monthly publishing limit. Member Pro is the paid subscription for unlimited publishing and plan-specific capabilities.

Payment gateway

Publyz uses Cashfree as its payment gateway for Member Pro subscription payments. Payment confirmation from Cashfree activates the selected monthly or annual plan.

Monthly and annual plans

Member Pro can be purchased as a monthly plan or an annual plan. The selected billing cycle determines the paid access period and renewal timing shown in your Billing settings.

Cancellation policy

Members can cancel a Member Pro subscription anytime. Cancellation is applied only after the current billing cycle ends, so Member Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.

No refund policy

Publyz follows a no-refund policy for subscription payments, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please review plan details before choosing a monthly or annual subscription.

Common questions

  • If payment succeeds but access does not update, refresh the page and check Billing settings.
  • If Cashfree shows a failed payment, retry with a valid payment method.
  • If you cancel, your Member Pro access remains active until the current paid cycle ends.
