Manage your subscription

Use Billing settings to review your current plan, renewal timing, invoices, and cancellation options.

Open subscription settings

  1. Sign in and go to account settings.
  2. Open Billing or Membership.
  3. Review active plan details, renewal date, and invoice history.

Monthly and annual options

Member Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Choose the billing cycle that matches how long you want uninterrupted Member Pro access.

Payment details

Member Pro payments are handled through Cashfree. If a payment does not complete, retry with a valid payment method or contact support with the payment timestamp.

Cancel anytime

Members can cancel Member Pro anytime. Cancellation takes effect after the current billing cycle, so your subscription remains active until the end of the paid monthly or annual period.
