Understanding membership and subscriptions
Publyz membership determines your available publishing features, limits, and account capabilities. The core plans are Member and Member Pro.
Member plan
Member is the base Publyz plan. It lets you read unlimited case stories, follow doctors and topics, write with AI assistance, create up to 5 case stories, save drafts, and keep a personal author profile.
Member Pro subscription
Member Pro is the annual paid subscription for healthcare professionals who regularly publish and build their professional presence. It includes unlimited case story publishing, author insights, profile optimisation, newsletter features, weekly email insights, a Pro Member badge, and priority support.
Payments through Cashfree
Member Pro payments are processed securely through Cashfree. Your subscription access is updated after Cashfree confirms the payment.
Billing cycle and renewal
Member Pro is billed annually. If you cancel, the cancellation applies after the current paid annual cycle ends.
Refunds
Publyz follows a no-refund policy for subscription payments, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
