Understanding membership and subscriptions
Publyz membership determines your available publishing features, limits, and account capabilities. The core plans are Member and Member Pro.
Member plan
Member is the base Publyz plan. It lets you build AI-powered case stories and publish up to the included monthly limit from your account.
Member Pro subscription
Member Pro is the paid subscription for users who need unlimited publishing and plan-specific capabilities. It is available on monthly and annual billing cycles.
Payments through Cashfree
Member Pro payments are processed securely through Cashfree. Your subscription access is updated after Cashfree confirms the payment.
Billing cycle and renewal
Monthly and annual plans follow the billing cycle shown in your Billing settings. If you cancel, the cancellation applies after the current paid cycle ends.
Refunds
Publyz follows a no-refund policy for subscription payments, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
